Respond to inquiries regarding Time and Attendance data and procedures, resolving issues related to inaccurate timecards. Prepare training materials and lead training sessions to educate users on Time and Attendance systems. Audit and validate quarterly and annual payroll tax returns (federal, state, local, and SUI), researching discrepancies and assisting with W-2Cs as needed. Assist with internal and external audit requests, ensuring accurate data compilation and adherence to company policy. Skills: Three + years of payroll processing experience coupled with business Operations and Operations support experience for a Nationwide Organization. Knowledge of multi-state and federal wage and hour laws/regulations and their interpretations. In-depth understanding of automated payroll systems and time collection systems. Advanced analytical and process-oriented mindset with attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving skills and organizational abilities, with a commitment to resolving outstanding issues.
