We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to oversee the strategic planning and management of our supply chain operations. You will play a critical role in ensuring productivity improvements, cost reductions, and the timely delivery of high-quality materials. The ideal candidate will be skilled in procurement, inventory control, production control, and sales and operations planning. *Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is required*Key Responsibilities: Procurement & Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, Kanban systems, and ensure materials are available for production.Collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers to meet production schedules and order fulfillment targets.Standardize procurement workflows and build relationships with suppliers and distributors.Solve supply chain issues with urgency to avoid disruptions and escalate when necessary. Production Control: Develop production schedules and monitor resource utilization.Collaborate with sales and logistics to ensure customer commitments and production timelines are met.Oversee demand planning, capacity planning, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
