Our client is a leading healthcare company with an urgent need for a skillful and experienced Customer Service Representative with experience in appointment scheduling and patient registration. Previous experience with EPIC EMR software is required for the role. 2+ years of call center experience using Epic is required. In this role you will answer high volume inbound calls from healthcare members in network, and provide customer service including data entry, updating member information, patient scheduling, and registration.
