As an Assembler / Production Associate, you will work on the line to assemble, finish, and package our iconic chocolate bars and snack items. This role requires speed, dexterity, and an unwavering commitment to food safety and quality as you prepare products for distribution. Qualifications and Skills Previous experience in food production, assembly line work, or manufacturing is a plus. Excellent manual dexterity and the ability to perform repetitive tasks quickly and accurately. Attention to detail and a focus on product quality and cleanliness. Knowledge of or willingness to learn food safety and GMP regulations. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment (which may be cool due to chocolate handling). Reliable, punctual, and a team player with good communication skills. Operate and monitor basic packaging and wrapping equipment as part of the assembly process. Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized workstation, strictly following all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards.
