Primary Responsibilities Line Support: Serve as the primary helper on production lines, including nesting, stacking, and packaging materials. Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects and verify width and length to ensure all quality standards are met. Material Handling: Transport and assist in loading raw materials onto production lines. Inventory Accuracy: Properly fill out coil tags and ensure footage is recorded correctly to assist with inventory management. Safety & Teamwork: Operate equipment under strict safety requirements and communicate effectively with coworkers to meet production deadlines. Leadership: Train other employees in basic labor functions as needed. Physical Requirements Lifting: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and assist in moving heavy loads or pushing materials throughout the plant. Stamina: Ability to stand for up to 4 hours at a time with constant walking and pivoting. Environment: Comfortable working on hard concrete surfaces in a facility with varying temperatures.
