Responsibilities
- planning, coordinating and organizing multiple assignments, tasks, projects, and meetings for executive leader
- editing and preparing, revising, proofreading and finalizing documents with an eye for accurate grammar, sentence structure and punctuation
- maintaining workflow and managing sensitive, confidential information
- gathering project information and generating reports and presentations
- interacting with senior managers, executives and their assistants as well as internal employees or external consultants with tact, diplomacy and confidence
