WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.7+ years of experience in networking engineering, traditional datacenter, and modern cloud environments.In-depth understanding of networking principles [OSI model, subnetting], protocols [TCP/IP ], and architectures.Comprehensive knowledge of multicast concepts, including source-specific multicast (SSM), any-source multicast (ASM)Expertise in multicast routing protocols such as Protocol Independent Multicast (PIM) and Internet Group Management Protocol (IGMP).Great troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve multicast, streaming, and TCP/UDP-related issues.Ability to analyze packet captures and network traces.Hands-on experience working with Cisco, Dell, Fortinet, Aruba devices.Experience setting up monitoring and backup solutions for network devices and infrastructure.Basic scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash) to automate routine tasks and configurations.Experience with automation tools for network provisioning and management.Experience with software-defined networking (SDN) and network virtualization technologies.Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze complex network issues.Great communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or Network+ are highly desirable.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
