If you are a motivated professional with a commitment to providing exceptional support to a diverse workforce, we want to hear from you!salary: $22 - $23 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilitiesGeneralized HR Support: Interpret and explain HR policies, laws, and regulations; maintain employment records for hiring, leaves, and promotions; and update vital documents like organizational charts and employee handbooks HRIS & Payroll: Serve as the lead for updating records in ADP Workforce Now, resolve timekeeping errors, conduct system training for new hires, and audit payroll records to ensure accurate benefit deductions Recruitment: Pre-screen applicants, perform searches for qualified candidates via various databases, post job announcements, schedule interviews, and draft offer letters Benefits Administration: Process enrollment and qualifying event changes for all benefits and reconcile invoices to resolve billing discrepancies Employee Relations: Assist the Senior HR Manager in addressing employee concerns, including harassment allegations and work complaints, and conduct exit interviews Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries, managing the department email inbox and engaging with both virtual and on-site staff to provide timely solutions. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 years of full-cycle Human Resources support experience. Proficiency with HRIS systems, specifically ADP, or the ability to master new databases quickly. Great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Adept at using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
