We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager with construction and/or real estate remodeling background to join our team on a part-time, contractual basis in the Minneapolis, MN area - This position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a real estate rehabilitation project from initial planning to completion. This includes managing project budgets, coordinating with contractors, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, and resolving/troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the project. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5+ years background in real estate development and/or construction, excellent project management skills, and a keen eye for detail.  This role will only require 10-15 hours of work weekly (during 1st shift, normal business hours). Administrative tasks can be completed remotely but it is required to be present at the job site occasionally during various stages of the project for meetings, walk-throughs and checking on project timelines and quality of work.
