successful delivery models

Randstad Managed Services consists of three delivery model options: Master Vendor, Vendor Neutral and Hybrid programs. The Master Vendor program is our supplier preference defaulting to the MSP service provider. The Vendor Neutral program allows for selection of talent supplier based on best outcomes, as defined by the client, with no preference given. Our Hybrid program incorporates different sourcing models in which a master vendor arrangement exists for some positions and a vendor-neutral program for others.
