Responsibilities
- Credit Card Non Fraud (CCNF) - handling high volume of incoming calls daily (about 50 calls per day, can increase or decrease depending on volume)
- Will not handle fraud work, should they encounter a fraud call, they will transfer to the appropriate team
- Only taking claims submitted through the phone, not looking for cases via other channels/queues
- May have to make calls to retailers or business partners with customer on the phone
