community impact
Our commitment to equity and inclusion isn't just an internal policy—it’s how we show up in the world. We believe that the same empathy, intuition, and instinct we use to propel the success of our candidates and clients every day must also drive us to move society forward.
To achieve this, we engage authentically with the communities in which we operate, contributing to economic opportunity, workforce access, and social conditions in ways that are deeply consistent with our internal inclusion commitments. Our strategy moves beyond transactional goodwill; instead, it focuses on local hiring, skilling, education, pipeline practices, and long-term internal and external partnerships designed to build genuine trust. We recognize that our credibility as an inclusive employer is inseparable from our credibility as a community participant. Randstad’s Corporate Social Responsibility programs include Hire Hope and Transcend. -

transcend
What if your next career move wasn’t just a step up, but a total transformation?
At Randstad, we believe that talent is everywhere, even if opportunity isn't—yet. That’s why we created Transcend, our best-in-class skilling program designed with a singular mission: to bridge the gap between untapped talent in our communities and the thriving careers they deserve.
Why Transcend? We don’t just offer "training." In partnership with local community leaders, we identify, screen, and equip participants with the precise skills needed for high-demand temp and temp-to-perm roles. Currently delivered in a fully virtual setting, Transcend meets you where you are, providing the flexibility to learn while preparing for your future.
Go Beyond the Limits The name says it all. By raising your skill set, we help you "transcend" your current situation and shatter any perceived limits on what your future can hold.
Transcend is Randstad’s premier nationwide skilling initiative, designed to bridge the gap between untapped community potential and the modern workforce. This rigorous, eight-week program is entirely free for participants, removing the financial barriers that often stall professional progress. By focusing on a dual-curriculum model, we provide the high-demand technical "hard skills" required by top-tier organizations alongside the essential "soft skills" that ensure long-term career resilience. Transcend is more than a training course; it is a strategic talent pipeline that allows participants to go beyond any perceived limits, effectively "transcending" their current situations to secure meaningful temp and temp-to-perm opportunities.
