Responsibilities
Payroll:
- Process weekly payroll, including deductions and direct deposits.
- Prepare payroll reports and ensure accuracy.
- Manage tax filings and payments.
- Handle night shift differentials and other payroll adjustments.
- Enter invoices into the system.
- Reconcile various accounts monthly.
- Process employee purchases and garnishments.
- Generate off-cycle checks as needed.
- Maintain benefit-related spreadsheets.
- Process invoices and payments related to employee benefits.
- Assist with yearly benefit fee payments.
