Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a paralegal in estate planning, wills, trusts, and elder law
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software applications
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- Knowledge of Florida probate and elder law procedures is preferred

Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents
- Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents
- Prepare and file legal documents with courts and government agencies
- Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates on case progress
- Assist with probate administration, including asset inventory, creditor notification, and distribution of assets
- Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain organized and accurate case files and records
- Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned
