Responsibilities
- Open front lobby daily to ensure building access to guests/visitrs
- Answer the main telephone line and respond/direct customer, vendor, and all additional calls
- Coordinate visitor meetings - Ensuring visitors sign in and distribute name badges
- Monitor/Distribute mail/deliveries
- Prepare outgoing mail including outgoing express packages
- Coordinate supply orders to restock breakrooms and kitchen
- Coordinate supplies and maintanence for copiers throughout the building
- Assist accounting department with various monthly reports
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned
