- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or related fields.
- 3-4 years of experience in Ecommerce management or digital marketing, ideally within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) sector, with a focus on Amazon's 1P/3P environment. Experience should encompass Amazon Ads, SEO, and Vendor Central.
- Proficiency in intermediate to advanced analytics, digital/e-commerce, and omni-commerce concepts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Nielsen, IRI, NPD, or Circana.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data effectively to generate actionable insights.

Responsibilities
Collaborate closely in devising and executing trade marketing strategies and promotional initiatives tailored specifically for Amazon. Ensure seamless alignment between brand, channel, and corporate strategies with the overarching goals and activities of the account. Play a pivotal role in driving profitable sales growth by both expanding our distribution network and fortifying existing partnerships.
- Business Planning: Collaborate with Ecommerce Sales Director to develop Amazon goals and growth strategies aligned with brand strategy. Identify opportunities, provide insights, and monitor sales trends and industry analysis.
- Catalog Management: Lead optimization of Amazon product catalog, manage merchandising campaigns, and coordinate product launches. Ensure accurate and timely content updates and resolve catalog issues.
- Promotional Planning & Execution: Plan promotions to meet sales goals, coordinate with internal teams for inventory planning, and evaluate promotion effectiveness for maximum ROI. Translate business and customer needs into actionable project requirements, leveraging consumer insights and strategic thinking to achieve business objectives while engaging customers.
- Trade Advertising & Marketing Support: Direct Amazon advertising campaigns, improve consumer engagement, and manage campaigns to achieve performance goals. Partner with Marketing on influencer campaigns and upper funnel programs.
