- Thorough understanding of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to the manufacturing industry.

- Demonstrated expertise in recruitment strategies, including sourcing, screening, and selection methods.

Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition and Retention:
- Develop recruitment strategies for attracting top manufacturing talent.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle and collaborate with hiring managers.
- Utilize diverse sourcing channels to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Act as a trusted advisor for HR-related issues, including performance management and conflict resolution.
- Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
- Address employee concerns in accordance with company policies and labor laws.
- Oversee employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance on benefit options and enrollment processes to employees.
- Stay updated on labor laws and implement HR policies to mitigate legal risks.
- Identify training needs and develop learning programs to enhance employee skills.
- Facilitate training sessions on safety protocols, diversity awareness, and leadership development.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and track HR metrics to improve development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and administer HRIS systems for streamlined processes.
- Prepare reports and analytics to support decision-making and provide insights into HR trends.
