Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support, maintaining filing systems and handling correspondence.
- Manages phone calls, appointments, packages, and visitor assistance.
- Coordinates senior staff calendars and travel arrangements.
- Drafts, edits, and organizes documents and data.
- Prepares meeting logistics, agendas, and minutes.
- Maintains office equipment and supplies, liaising with vendors.
- Conducts research and compiles information for reports.
- Collaborates with colleagues, ensuring confidentiality and meeting deadlines.
- Represents the organization professionally.
