Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor accounts receivable balances and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Generate and review AR aging reports to identify and address overdue accounts.
- Communicate with customers to address billing inquiries and facilitate timely payments.
- Maintain accurate records of all AR transactions and documentation.
