Responsibilities
Assist property manager in preparation of regular property inspection reports; enter work orders for all ordered and scheduled maintenance; coordinate and schedule all regular maintenance at managed properties; at the direction of property managers and maintenance supervisor, provide work orders and daily schedules to all maintenance staff; solicit bids for maintenance; manage monthly make-ready calendars; maintain maintenance notebook keeping schedules up to date; notify tenants of scheduled maintenance; maintain key inventory; maintain supply lists for maintenance department and other duties as assigned.
