Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and enhance employee morale and operational efficiency.
- Manage recruitment processes for full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions, ensuring timely hires and event staffing.
- Collaborate with departments to maintain consistency in personnel management and solve operational challenges.
- Serve as the liaison for HR matters, communicating policies, procedures, and training to staff.
- Oversee payroll processing and employee engagement activities to improve staff morale.
- Develop staffing plans, track payroll expenses, and provide financial summaries for analysis.
- Maintain recruitment materials, conduct employee training, and plan seasonal hiring strategies.
- Handle data processing for employee records, including background checks and HR databases.
- Manage employee relations and disciplinary processes up to termination.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Operating Officer.
