Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers through phone, email, and mail to recover outstanding debts.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements to resolve overdue accounts.
- Accurately update customer account information and payment arrangements in the database.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and disputes promptly.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and enhance collection processes.
