Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance tasks on a variety of equipment, including CNC lathes and mills, hydraulic systems, conveyor systems, gear drives, and welding equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues, utilizing technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools. Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty components to minimize equipment downtime and maintain production efficiency. Collaborate with production teams to prioritize maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to manufacturing processes. Assist in the setup and installation of new equipment, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to safety standards. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and equipment status. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, safety, and efficiency. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety, quality, and environmental regulations
