Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance tasks on pharmaceutical production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. Troubleshoot mechanical issues with production machinery and implement effective solutions to resolve problems promptly. Conduct inspections of equipment and machinery to identify potential issues and address them proactively to prevent breakdowns. Complete repairs and replacements of defective parts or components in accordance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards. Document all maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance tasks, accurately and timely. Collaborate with production personnel to schedule maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to manufacturing operations. Participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring proper setup and functionality. Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements governing pharmaceutical manufacturing. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the maintenance shop and production areas. Participate in training programs to stay updated on new equipment, technologies, and safety protocols.
