Our Client, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Excelsior Springs, MO. In this role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our production equipment operates smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a variety of machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions
- Repair and replace parts as needed
- Assist in implementing and improving preventive maintenance programs
- Maintain accurate equipment records
- Participate in ongoing safety training
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Trade school certification in Industrial/Electrician/Millwright or Industrial/Mechanic (a plus)
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment
salary: $62,000 - $62,961 per year

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair problems on plant facilities and production equipment in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic or pneumatic.
- Assists in the implementations and improvement of effective preventive maintenance programs for all equipment, performing scheduled maintenance on facilities and production equipment as required
- Complete all work in accordance with OSHA, NEC, JIC and DNR standards and regulations.
- To work in a safe, quality minded and productive manner with a sense of urgency to achieve maintenance deadlines and to attain production priorities as scheduled.
- Communicates with maintenance manager and maintenance area/shift leaders and other plant personnel about maintenance concerns, providing complete action plans and status reports as and when required.
