Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and maintain Laminating CNC machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications and engineering drawings.
- Load raw materials into the machine and monitor the machining process to ensure optimal performance and adherence to production schedules.
- Perform routine machine maintenance, such as cleaning and lubricating, to ensure smooth operation and extend machine lifespan.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and make necessary adjustments to machine settings if required.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow, identify process improvements, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production.
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to determine machining specifications and set up machines accordingly.
- Conduct regular quality checks using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to maintain accuracy and precision.
- Monitor tooling and replace worn-out or damaged tools as needed to ensure consistent and efficient operation.
