Our client, a well established Home Care Provider, is seeking a Scheduling/Staffing Coordinator for their Bedford, Tx location. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a temporary to hire position with an organization with excellent mission values, vision, and service to the community.
Working Hours: M-F 7:00am-4:00pm.
The Scheduling / Staffing Coordinator is responsible for development and continual monitoring of the work schedules for Caregivers to meet patient care needs, adjusts staffing according to available staff and reports changes to appropriate supervisors, assure accuracy of the time reports, verify hours worked daily, bonus hours, overtime hours and benefit days, and calculate staffing based on adjusted census daily.
Staffing Coordinator Summary:
Familiar with and comfortable working on computers
Possess good phone skills
Clear Care Staffing and Scheduling system knowledge is a plus
Ability to coordinate and perform multiple tasks
Understand basic accounting principles
Excellent written/grammatical skills
Good communication skills
Work well with others
Coordinate employee paperwork
Audit inflow of paperwork for staffing purposes
Working hours: M-F 7am-4pm
Answering phones as needed
Staffing all in-home care cases
Assisting in interview and orientation process of caregivers
Understanding the staffing software
Monitoring daily schedules
Documentation of activities
Entering new employees into system
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
