The RIS Site Manager will act as an on-site extension of the client's HR and Operations functions, assuming responsibility for the full procurement lifecycle (recruitment, selection, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management) directly supporting the client's specific strategic and operational goals.
Education - HS Diploma required - Bachelor's degree preferred Work experience - 3+ years business experience preferred - 1 year in staffing or client's industry a plus Knowledge, skills, and abilities - Ability to develop strong working relationships and diagnose need with all levels - Human resource expertise is critical as it pertains to workforce regulations and industry standards
- Must possess excellent business acumen translating to executable strategies - Experience in multi-tasking, prioritizing work, and effective time management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Entrepreneurial mindset is a must, must be a self-motivated, independent thinker - Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision making skills required - Must be innovative in approach, willing to take risks and operate successfully in ambiguous situations
