job summary: Our client is seeking a Manager of Information Security to join the team and lead their efforts to achieve and maintain the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) for the organization. The Manager of Information Security will be responsible for defining and enforcing the company information security policies, promoting security awareness among their employees and clients, responding to incidents and breaches, performing risk assessments, and ensuring business continuity in the event of a disaster. To be successful in this role, you must have an extensive background in information security, compliance, and risk management, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. You should also be familiar with the CMMC framework and its requirements, as well as other relevant standards and regulations. You will report directly to the Director of IS Operations and work closely with other managers and stakeholders across the organization.
