This role is designed for a versatile professional who excels at back-office operational accuracy but also enjoys being a primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients. Back-End Operations & Administration Account Processing: Manage the opening, transfer, and maintenance of client accounts (e.g., IRAs, Trusts, Brokerage) with high precision. Data Integrity: Maintain and update client information within the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Redtail, or Junxure) and portfolio management systems. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all files meet industry regulatory standards; assist with audits and document retrieval. Workflow Management: Coordinate with custodians (e.g., Schwab, Fidelity, TD Ameritrade) to resolve NIGO (Not In Good Order) paperwork and track money movements. 2. Client Services & Interaction Client Onboarding: Act as the "concierge" for new clients, guiding them through the initial paperwork and digital portal setups. Proactive Communication: Handle inbound client inquiries regarding statement questions, RMDs, or general account status via phone and email. Meeting Support: Prepare "client-ready" reports and presentation decks for upcoming reviews; manage the advisor’s calendar and scheduling.
