Nothing in this posting should be interpreted as limiting applications based on nationality or citizenship status. *A U.S. Person under export control laws includes a u.s. citizen, U.S. national, U.S. permanent resident, or protected individual who has been lawfully admitted for temporary residence in the U.S. as a refugee or asylee under U.S. law location: Richardson, Texas job type: Permanent salary: $85,000 - 127,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Analyze test results and measurements of manufacturing test failures, categorizing and quantifying symptoms for daily failure pareto analysis.Confirm failure mode symptoms and characteristics through various methods, including visual inspection, ABA swaps, connector reseating, and initial board troubleshooting.Document findings, observations, and test results on a per-failure basis to support root cause investigations and meet customer non-conformance reporting requirements.Provide daily reports on yield rates, failure pareto, analysis findings, and action plans for process improvement during daily operational meetings.Manage repair inventory actively to align with daily build objectives and the repair inventory reduction plan, including disassembly/reassembly in non-clean room (PCBA) or clean room settings to isolate failures and recover devices.Enforce rework processes, optimize test routing for improved efficiency, and reduce material scrap, reporting rework status and execution daily, along with inventory status and repair pareto analysis.Summarize and present suspected defective materials and systems for disposition through the weekly Material Review Board, including disassembly for analysis or replacement of non-conforming assemblies and diagnosing subassemblies using various diagnostic tools.
