Collaborate with IT and Parts Logistics to enhance ordering, invoicing, and logistics integration for vendor accounts. Assist in the development and implementation of new programs, including vendor opportunities and communications in partnership with IPS. Coordinate National Accounts vendor alignment calls to ensure adherence to each vendor's Statement of Work (SOW). Oversee the development and execution of new parts lines in the U.S., including parts portfolio selection, volume planning, pricing, dealer training, and marketing. Gather dealer and market feedback to maintain competitive programs, service levels, and pricing. Skills: 3+ years of experience in administration, automotive retail operations, technical knowledge of automotive systems, and business management. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other relevant software; ability to learn new systems quickly. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and lead meetings. Demonstrated data management skills to analyze and interpret data effectively.
