Currently working with a real estate development company that is seeking a Director of Finance that can support their finance and treasury function including cash sourcing, debt covenants forecasting and modeling, budgeting, and various special projects. Qualified candidates will have real estate development experience, treasury and debt sourcing, as well as financial analysis and financial modeling. responsibilities:
Director of Finance
* Position will help manage and monitor the company's financial health performing financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
* Manages the preparation of financial reports on financial performance weekly and monthly.
* Oversees the loan process from sourcing to completion, and continue managing the credit facility.
* Responsible for compliance of debt covenants.
* Including implementing additional reporting, policies and procedures to meet this responsibility.

- A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting
- 8+ years in finance, including real estate developer, preferably with public or large private companies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite as well as systems savvy
- Excellent communication skills.
