Responsibilities
- Ability to work an 8 hour shift between 8:00am and 8:00pm (M-F / closed on weekends)
- Four Year Degree in a Business related Field
- Effectively operate a personal computer with related business software
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for contact with customers
- Respond to customer requests for information regarding financial regulation
- Provide pending and approved member firms with assistance in form and registration processing
- Process information requests and route calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide non-registered representatives with assistance regarding Form U4 / U5 filing
