Responsibilities
- Shift: Sunday - Tuesday, alternating Saturday's 6:00pm - 6:00am
- You will demonstrate a willingness to learn new processes and equipment in all production areas and to work with subject matter authorities or vendors to learn and document training tasks.
- You will Load and unload trucks, perform distribution functions as necessary, and locate and retrieve product from open heights up to approximately 30 feet.
- You will interact with associates to help promote an atmosphere that supports and develops high collaboration and work ethics.
- You'll conduct training needs assessments, inventorying associate skills and determining appropriate training solutions.
- You will evaluate and report associates’ training progress through observation, demonstrated learning, testing, documented certification processes, etc. and logging these activities to record the training status of associates.
- You will review current training tasks and procedures, and craft and document new ones for any equipment when needed.
- You'll attend internal and/or external training to improve training skills and subject matter knowledge (e.g., facilitation skills, adult learning knowledge, evaluation skills).
- You will generate training reports for management and/or departments (e.g., statistical reporting, certification reporting, procedure task reports, etc.).
- You'll be a post-training mentor to help foster a continuous learning environment and provide mentorship for employee training issues.
