The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, firm understanding of insurances (Medicare, Medicaid, Primary, Secondary, etc.), and experience working in EMR/EHR systems.

Responsibilities
- Greeting patients in a warm and friendly manner
- Collecting patient information
- Verifying insurance and eligibility
- Collecting co-pays
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Answering and directing calls, and transcribing accurate notes
- Electronic filing
- Administrative duties such as filing, scanning, processing medical records requests, and supporting overall office operations
