Responsibilities
- Implement, Establish, and Maintain certification of company's ISO 13485/FDA-QSR and SAE AS9100 quality management system
- Perform First Article Inspections and promote continuous improvement of processes
- Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, whole numbers, fractions, and decimals in US and Metric System
- Must have experience using standard measuring and testing devices such as but not limited to: calipers, micrometer, height gauge, pin gauge, radius gauge, optical comparator, depth micrometer, etc.
- Facilitate top management review meetings
- Company's corporate quality contact for customers, vendors, and subcontractors
- Develop training program for all employees to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and train personnel as needed
- Coordinate and assist with all internal audits
- Coordinate and perform all audits of suppliers/vendors/subcontractors
- Ensure all waste is disposed of in accordance with local, state, and federal
- working in a smoke free environment
- standing for 5 hours at one time
- working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
