- The Customer Onboarding Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for clients/customers that have committed to utilizing the company as their wholesaler of choice. You will use in-depth knowledge of compliance and business rules, deep knowledge of buying group and GPO partners, and technical expertise to drive and increase successful onboarding of new business opportunities.
