- Previous experience as an industrial maintenance technician, electrical experience is a plus. Familiarity with electrical and mechanical schematics, blueprints, and manuals. Familiarity with 3 phase motors, 240/480V, electrical equipment are a plus. Hand tool and shop equipment familiarity with welding, cutting, fabrication experience. Familiarity with gearboxes and mechanical drives.
