The Warranty Representative is responsible for providing service to customers, processing warranty claims and assisting with claims that were denied.

Shift: Fully Onsite training from 8 AM-5:30 PM for two + weeks depending on the class

Regular shift with be alternating weeks on site (one week on site, one week off) two shifts available 8 AM-5 PM or 6:45 AM - 3:45 PM

Responsibilities: Warranty Rep I - customer services to warranty and product registration, handle warranty claims.
Run reports
Half the time on phones
Half the time on claims - should have excellent written and verbal skills

Requirements:

Requires at least 2 years related experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Requires a working knowledge of products and parts. Must have developing knowledge of warranty review processes. Ability to navigate SAP, Salesforce and other relevant applications.
