This is not a remote or hybrid position so all candidates must be willing to work 100% of the time in a manufacturing plant. Candidates must have experience managing hourly union employees along with solid knowledge of equipment used in a quarry. This role comes with a very competitive compensation plan commensurate with experience with a base salary ranging from $80k to $95k plus a 15% annual target bonus and relocation assistance.
