Position Purpose:Supporting Talent Payroll operations and the business goals of the company at large, the Business Services Talent Payroll Supervisor will drive performance of a team of US and India based specialists responsible for support of accurate, complete, and timely processing and performance of payroll services for all company lines of business. This role is critical to the organization's business process as payroll processing is the basis for our billing cycle which generates in excess of 95% of the company's revenue.This role supports a payroll size of 100,000 weekly paid talent with payrolls executed four (4) days per week supporting multiple industries (i.e. engineering, light industrial, healthcare), government contract status, and FLSA classifications. All functions from time capture to pay distribution are inhouse and performed by department personnel.Responsibilities: Recruits and hires top talent to support team operations providing onboarding and training to ensure efficient and effective operationsCoach, review, and support team growth by conducting routine 1-on-1 meetings utilizing, but not limited to tools provided by the organizationPlanning and resource allocation to ensure optimal service delivery and avoid underutilized resources by monitoring volumes and trends for assigned tasksEstablish business processes, analyze existing processes and implement improvements to the sameHost training programs and initiatives to ensure workforce is versed on rules of engagement for departmental processes (i.e. compliance and regulatory, contractual, system)Develop professional relationships within Business Services, support teams, and customer LOB OperationsSupport the management of compliance and control protocol as defined by organization key control framework and governing legislationMonitor performance metrics for departmental functions ensuring KPIs, SLAs, and budget goals are metPerforms other duties as assigned. There are three supervisors on the Talent Payroll team and are cross trained for continuous service delivery.
