Summary: The Senior IT Portfolio Manager manages the IT solutions for their designated area, in this case the Knowledge Management Portfolio. Working closely with the business stakeholders, the Senior IT Portfolio Manager has ownership and accountability for all aspects of their technology program - solution fit to business needs, prioritization of features, technical soundness and robustness, security, timely delivery, user acceptance and adoption, ROI/cost, etc., ROI/cost, . This role creates and executes the technology roadmap for the area, submits budget requests, manages budget and headcount for the needed projects to achieve the objectives for the area.
