This role is critical as we manage our expanding global compliance framework and spearhead key negotiations following a recent merger. The successful candidate will navigate complex domestic and international regulatory environments, manage a contracts team, and work closely with senior leadership across Risk, Marketing, and Sales. Contract and Documentation Management: Lead the contracts team and supervise the end-to-end process for all legal documentation, including container leases, vendor contracts, corporate governance documents, and internal approvals. Lease and Insurance Oversight: Direct the legal negotiation of office leases and take full responsibility for the management and renewal of corporate insurance programs. Risk and Subsidiary Management: Work closely with the Risk team on evaluating regional and international risks, default resolutions, and processing leases. Assist the CLO in managing existing subsidiaries and establishing new international entities as the company expands. Leadership and Training: Manage the contracts team and prepare periodic compliance training for employees and agents.
