job summary: Our clients in custom modular infrastructure protection, is seeking a collaborative Engineering Manager to lead our multidisciplinary technical design and field service teams at our Roanoke, VA headquarters. Serving as the right-hand partner to the Engineering Director, you will translate strategic vision into daily execution, overseeing a diverse group of electrical designers, structural designers, and field technicians to ensure custom shelter projects transition seamlessly from engineering concept to factory assembly and field deployment.
