job summary: Our client in Schaumburg, IL is looking to add a jack-of-all-trades to help assist the local executives with hardware issues. This will include partnering with the various vendors that have been supporting the environment historically as well as reporting to the VP of IT. This person should have level 3 support experience but also willingness to help with any level of issue as you will be seen as the soul support person. location: Schaumburg, Illinois job type: Permanent salary: $90,000 - 100,000 per year work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Technical lead for the planning, architecture, operation & support of: Enterprise software deployment systems such as Microsoft SCCM.All Company Personal Computers including client OS upgrades through automated systems such as SCCM or other tools as needed. Ensures testing and compatibility of core software with the proposed OS version.Vulnerability (Patch) Management across client and server systems. To include Microsoft and non-Microsoft devices.All endpoint products such as Antivirus, MDR, Firewall, Web Control, encryption, etc. Managing end-user administrative privilege use on workstations.All network security, managing host security, file permissions, backup, disaster recovery plans, and file system integrity, and adding and deleting users as necessary.All building-related computer systems, including security, and presentation systems.All network, internet, & firewall systems.
