marketing managerthe positionThe marketing manager will work with senior stakeholders and operational management in our staffing, professional and executive business, to understand their business objectives and to develop annual/rolling integrated marketing plans for these lines of business. This role supports the Manufacturing & Logistics, Randstad In-House Services, Office Professionals and Office & Administration divisions within general staffing.The role is charged with planning, coordinating, and executing tactical marketing support and sales enablement materials to adhere to the content marketing strategy. The role will be a voice for the SPE business by managing marketing plans, driving creative marketing tactics, and measuring RoI to ensure that the plans will maximize business opportunities.The marketing manager will also work to increase the overall awareness and profile of the Randstad brand with job seekers through the communication and implementation of both segment-specific and national marketing campaigns and programs, and leveraging of central assets, partnerships, and sponsorships where appropriate.key accountabilities: Manage relationships with operations (Leadership, Managers, and Team Leaders down to consultants, etc.) to ensure that Randstad's marketing goals are aligned with business strategy and the link between marketing activities and stronger sales through consultants is clear.Collaborate with the key stakeholders, providing input in strategic planning and execution of the sales enablement initiatives, including tracking and reporting on campaign production progress.Developing strong and relevant creative and content ideas, translating them into manageable campaigns, then working with relevant colleagues in the team (and/or with specialist agencies) to deliver them on time, on budget.Be comfortable presenting formally and informally, marketing objectives for both segment-specific and national campaigns, to the relevant leadership teams.Manage the delivery of all marketing activities (incl. promotional materials) on time and within budget and evaluate the RoI of all marketing activities in driving increased sales and gross profit.Develop a strong marketing program to keep Randstad top-of-mind with existing talent and prospective candidates.Work alongside the broader marketing team centrally to help deliver on various brand, content, and creative tactics.Keep track of staffing industry changes and developments (including competitor activity, and legislative changes) in order to look for new business and PR opportunities and ensure positioning of the brand as an authority.Evaluate and address field requests as appropriate.Organizes and communicates related projects on weekly calls/monthly reports/quarterly town halls. knowledge, skills, and abilities 7+ years of experience in integrated marketing strategy development and plan deployment.A clear understanding of effective integrated marketing including campaign development and execution.Significant experience in both a B2B and B2C arena as this role may support both client (B2B) and talent (B2C) marketing effortsDemonstrate a communication style that clearly explains marketing concepts and goals to operational personnel, instilling an understanding of the features and benefits of our client services.The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with operational personnel is crucial in achieving marketing goals in this roleBe a proactive member of the wider marketing and communications team and participate in group projects which enable you to demonstrate your marketing expertise.Strong analytical skills.Proficient problem-solving and business knowledge.Demonstrated ability to successfully navigate multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.Strong understanding of digital and marketing best practices.Proficient with Google Suite tools including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Gmail.Embrace continuous improvement by proposing new and/or better ways of doing things.Superior organization, proofreading, and presentation skillsComfort and ability to manage ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
