job summary: Seeking a Product Manager to join our Digital Products team. This key role will help manage a portfolio of digital products with a best-in-class digital customer experience. Working as one of the three primary members of an Agile Release Train's (ART) Program Team you will collaborate with Business Owner(s), Stakeholders and other ART cross-functional teams and resources. Together you will help define, annotate, and prioritize a Feature Backlog for high customer value product offerings. The role requires that the individual be a self-starter with demonstrated skills collaborating with both internal and 3rd party teams responsible for innovative product development. Key Focus Areas Strategy Development - You will play a key role in defining the strategic direction of our various digital platforms, defining and articulating new opportunities, and working in close contact with key stakeholdersVoice of the Customer - Thoroughly understand and represent the customer's problems as well as the business's goals and objectives, and represent that point of view daily across multiple productsProduct Roadmap - Envision, articulate, and size new product enhancements designed to achieve a remarkable experience for our customers. Prioritize and manage product backlogs, increments, and releases in a SAFe process in collaboration with the digital, Product and IT teams. Manage, define, design, and implement key digital initiatives by understanding business needs and translating them into business requirements structured as "Features" for the development team(s) to populate their story backlogs.Communication - Must be able to clearly communicate strategy and goals to product teams. Work closely with Benjamin Moore's development and design teams to realize new features.Data Analysis - Gather and expose business opportunities through research, data analysis, user experience analysis and testing, competitive research, and any other relevant tools. Identify key KPIs and OKRs for both customer and business impact. Collaborate with the Release Train Engineer (RTE) and Systems Architect to provide corporate leadership with targeted dashboards on the ART's health and delivery metrics.
