job summary: Position: Director, Regional Operations Location: Orlando, Florida A well-established legal group has an opportunity for a Regional Director to drive performance management, enablement and lead operational excellence. The Director of Regional Operations will work directly with all practice leaders, and will serve as a core leader of the firm's expansion and growth relationships within the Finance, HR, IT, Product, Training, and Marketing departments. Responsibilities: Set financial and operational goals for the regionDevelop the mission, translate strategic plans into legal team goals and priorities, and develop and execute on the region's short and long-term operations planDevelop and report on key operational and substantive metrics that drive results to ensure positive long-term forecastsResolve roadblocks and challenges by managing and tracking support from other corporate departmentsDesign and manage processes to positively impact productivity and effectiveness in contract design and knowledge managementManage vendor relationships Requirements: 7-15 years of experience managing corporate operationsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or related fieldsStrong verbal/written communication and presentation skillsSeveral years of project management experience and the ability to identify resources to drive projects to completionDemonstrated experience developing metrics, reporting, and managing Legal data and budgetsTECHOLOGY: Proficiency with Microsoft Work/Excel, G-Suite.
