Take and distribute meeting minutes for the CEO, ensuring follow-up on action items. Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, acting as a liaison between CEO and executives and internal/external stakeholders. Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as required. Meeting planning and Coordination: Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and conferences, including venue booking, travel arrangements, and material preparation. Work with TDA members to determine event objectives, audience, budget, and scope. Develop and manage event timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule. Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and transportation for attendees. Executive communications with Board members including Slides for presentations, Emails, Texts and Meeting agendas Provide general administrative support, including office supplies, mail handling, and filing Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed by the executive team. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion. The ability to perform other duties and responsibilities as necessary. Handle attendee registration, including tracking RSVPs and preparing materials.
