Position Overview: As a Human Resources Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department's daily operations. Your responsibilities will include administrative tasks, coordination of recruitment processes, and assisting with various HR-related functions. Key Responsibilities: Monitor all incoming calls, transfer calls, and take messages efficiently. Coordinate the onsite recruitment process, including interview scheduling, candidate follow-up, job fair coordination, updating the recruitment tracker, and other assigned tasks. Create and maintain new employee folders and parking stickers. Manage the Plant-Wide Job Bidding process and post job openings to Department Supervisors. Prepare new hire orientation packets to facilitate a smooth onboarding process. Provide support for the coordination of plant-wide events to promote employee engagement. Ensure proper filing of employee personnel files and assist with miscellaneous filing tasks for the HR department.
